Site: Project site is located in Atasehir district, on Asian side of Istanbul. It is located inside green stripe that is a buffer between new Istanbul Finance Center and E80 highway.

Task: The goal of the sales office for SPK headquarters which would give an opportunity to observe the construction of Finance Center and appear as an icon for noticing it from the highway.

Solution: In our project we create several emotional conditions while building is developing vertically. On one hand it is naked structure with empty green areas inside which is totally public, on the other hand building is gradually becoming private as it rises vertically. The ground area is a reception with an exhibition hall and little café which is completely integrated with park around it. Upper – 2floor volume is a semi-public space, where the physical model of the project is exhibited and sales-managers are organized around it. The third floor is private area with administration offices and a meeting room which is overlooking the construction site.
