The main Concept
The main concept replaces the traditional entrance hall with a central inner garden (“Sida BaRi”), which acts as the spatial, social, and circulation core of the building. All major functions—sports halls, swimming pools, training areas, and cultural spaces—are organized around this garden, maximizing natural light, visual connections, and user interaction.
The design follows a vertical spatial composition, where entrances are at street level while main sports spaces sit below (-1 level), creating an amphitheater-like experience and dynamic movement through the building.

Parking is distributed in smaller zones around the complex to reduce asphalt impact and improve flow. Material-wise, the project emphasizes natural and durable elements, combining wood interiors with pigmented red concrete, blending architecture with the surrounding landscape.
Overall, the concept aims to create a balance between nature and structure, using the inner garden as both a functional hub and symbolic core of the project.
