The main Concept

instead of a traditional entrance hall, the central element of the building is an indoor garden. This garden serves not only an aesthetic but also a functional and social role: it unites all sports blocks into a single integrated system and becomes the main space for internal circulation and gatherings within the building.

The spatial system is based on the principle of vertical composition: the garden is considered the “main vertical,” around which the functions develop. This solution creates an amphitheater-type space where the audience observes events from above, while the sports zone is integrated into the lower topographical level. The entrance to the main hall is arranged at street level, from which the audience directly reaches the upper rows of the stands. The main sports arena is located on the lower, minus level, and movement is organized from the upper rows toward the arena.

Functional Program

The building houses all the essential elements of a multifunctional sports complex: a swimming pool, a multifunctional training hall, auxiliary zones, and administrative blocks. The functional blocks are organized so that their main spaces face the indoor garden, ensuring maximum use of natural light and visual connection with the central garden.

This approach enhances visual and emotional dynamics, and the spectator’s movement from top to bottom transforms into a spatial experience.
